Our Vision

Black Sun is a music management company set up with the purpose of providing all the services a band requires at the highest quality. We work with all bands, whether they are established acts or independent artists.

Our intention is to provide a service that differs from other management companies; we do this by involving bands in every step of the process, tours for bands… by bands.

This means that any band that works with us has the potential to achieve their goals, whether it be a major act looking for a major tour or an unsigned band looking to take their first steps on the road… we can and will provide these opportunities. We can also provide everything from web design to international PR; for an unsigned band there is no better service to get your band to the next level.

With bands we manage we immediately set about raising a bands profile and providing them with the professional management that most bands require, from there on we aim to take the band to the highest level possible utilizing releases, international PR and most importantly international tours.

Experience

Black Sun is owned by Miguel Freitas and Jaz Oberoi.

Miguel has 20 years of experience in the metal industry and has held every job in the business, from working for some of the biggest magazines from around the world and running his own record label. Black Sun Music is his idea to provide a service for bands that they can’t get anywhere else, a company that gives equal opportunity to all bands.

Jaz Oberoi is a musician who has toured the world with various bands and worked for 7 years for the biggest media company in the UK; his experiences provide a much more personable approach for the artists we work with, which means that when we work with a band, the band itself is fully considered at every stage.

Together they ensure that bands have all the services they require, and everything is done the right way.

Our Team

We have a team on board who can deal with everything from artwork to legal contracts, we pride ourselves on being able to provide any service a band requires through our own employees, meaning we can keep costs to an absolute minimum never having to get third parties involved.
